After long months of pandemic, in the corporate world we are now starting to reach some conclusions. One of these has confirmed that telework was a solution throughout 2020 and will be an indispensable tool for the future. The year 2021 has revealed that we should be more prepared to optimize our remote teams' work.
It is essential to create conditions for workers so their performance does not decrease but, still, those workers must also adapt and change some of their daily routines for attaining better results than those of March and, most of all, ensuring the durability of this work modality.
