GoContact begins a new journey in the US with its parent brand Broadvoice

Call & Contact Center Expo, in Las Vegas, has been chosen for the presentation of GoContact in the US market. 

GoContact is the new brand name for Broadvoice’s CCaaS contact center product. The American conglomerate of companies presents, in the North American market, the already well-established software for the Contact Center, in one of the most important events in the sector, Call & Contact Center Expo at Las Vegas.

This congress will take place on March 16th and 17th at the Las Vegas Convention Center, where ‘Broadvoice-GoContact’ will have a stand and a knowledge space where they will offer 5 Master-classes per day, “BPOs of today and tomorrow. The biggest challenges post-COVID”. 

And how could we forget, The company’s fresh and young DNA will be present throughout the meeting with the famous gin and tonics and cocktails that always accompany GoContact events. 

Recently, GoContact started its first project in the North American continent, more specifically in Canada. This operation has been carried out with the infrastructure of its parent company, Broadvoice, and one of its global partners, Transcom. A milestone that guarantees the solidity and agility of its operations, opening its doors to the American market.
