GoContact enters North America
GoContact, recently acquired by the American group Broadvoice, has reached a new milestone with their first client in North America. The project is a result of the global partnership with global CX specialist Transcom.

The original date for the commissioning of the project was estimated for December 1st, and it was finally completed more than a month earlier than expected. This first combined project between GoContact and Broadvoice is an important milestone on the journey to expand the company’s international presence.
