GoContact was recently honored with a silver award in the technology category at the 2023 APCC Best Awards. The international company has been a stand-out for its advanced technological solutions, which deliver quality service and robustness.

The APCC Best Awards indicate recognition and appreciation from customers, signify the best technologies at the service of the people and recognize excellence and innovation in the contact center and BPO industry in Portugal. The 2023 APCC Best Awards took place on May 17 at the 20th APCC International Conference.

The awards and conference are some of the most important in the Portuguese contact center industry, featuring several key international players. The conference had over 500 participants who attended lectures and networked throughout the day. At the invitation of APCC, GoContact led one of these lectures, which was attended by one of its most valued international clients, Emergia. During the lecture, Rui Marques, CEO of GoContact, and Rafael Martínez, CIO of Emergia, discussed the importance of technology in supporting and empowering contact center agents.
