GoContact stands out at the Global Contact Centre 2017

The night of Wednesday, November 15, was of great emotion for GoContact and its team.

In addition to the public presentation of our virtual assistant, the GO, our CEO ‐ Rui Marques ‐ won the Merit Award 2017 as Personality of the Year in the Contact Centres area, within the 17th edition of the Call Centre Magazine Awards (Troféus Call Centre Magazine).


The list of nominees was prepared by Call Centre Magazine, organizer of the Call Centre Awards (Troféus Call Centre), together with the APROCS.

This award aims at distinguishing the professional who most contributed to the development of the sector in 2017 due to his career and activity.


According to our CEO: “This award is dedicated to the entire GoContact team, for their effort,
commitment and dedication, which has allowed us over these 4 years to provide our customers with a differentiating experience , showing how technology can be at the service of operations! Congratulations to all!”
